I was looking forward today. Ahead of me I’d got miles of tracks and trails. I was out of the city of Santarem and in no time I hit the first trail. There’d been a frost in the night, thankfully it had thawed and the ground wasn’t hard. The fog was low and the trails were spongy.
Cycling along the river Tagus. It meanders its way through the open sprawling countryside before emptying into the Atlantic Ocean.
